CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
2 to 4 c. diced chicken (leftovers) 1 can chicken or celery soup 2 c. cooked rice 1 pkg. frozen broccoli (or any vegetable) Bread crumbs Place diced chicken in 2 quart casserole; add soup. Layer with vegetable and rice; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. HINT: Next time you fix chicken, make enough to have some leftovers for this casserole. Chicken can be frozen until needed. |
