1 lb. ground beef
1 c. UNCLE BEN'S® rice (cooked)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 c. cheese

Brown ground beef. Add green pepper and onion. Drain grease from beef. Add taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Add rice and let simmer 1/2 hour. Top with cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
