1 (23.5 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix with can of chocolate syrup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of rectangular 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Place brownies as directed on package. Spread in pan. Mix brown sugar, nuts, and butter; sprinkle over dough. Bake 30 minutes; cool. Cut into bars, about 2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inches. Makes 35 bars.
