CHILI 
2 lbs. ground meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water
1 tbsp. chili powder (or to taste)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 or 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Heat pressure saucepan and brown the meat, onion and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients, except kidney beans. Close cover on pan and place regulator on vent pipe. Once regulator starts to move, cook 5 minutes. Let pressure drop of it's own accord. Add kidney beans and let heat through. Serves 4 or 5. Tastes even better the second day. Quick, made in pressure saucepan.
