CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 boneless chicken breasts
1 box Stove Top stuffing
1 stick butter
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 dash of salt

Boil chicken breasts in a pot. Melt butter. Put into baking dish. Put melted butter and stuffing together. Place 1/2 of it into a baking dish. Pinch up chicken (save chicken broth). Place on top of stuffing. Pour 1/2 of chicken broth over the chicken. Mix remaining stuffing, sour cream and soup together. Spread over chicken. Spoon the remaining chicken broth on top.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
