CHICKEN PAYSANNE 
1 to 2 lbs. chicken
2 c. plain spaghetti sauce
Light gravy
2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. sour cream

Prepare chicken as you would Southern Fried Chicken, but do not fry done, when brown, remove from frying pan and make a light gravy. Then add chicken, 2 cups plain spaghetti, steam chicken, add a dash of oregano when chicken is done. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to gravy. Serve.
