BAKED MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. elbow macaroni
1 lg. can tomato puree
1 1/2 sticks extra sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)

Cook macaroni for 5 minutes. Drain. In large baking dish or bowl, mix macaroni, tomato puree and cheese. Save enough cheese to put a layer on top. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until all top cheese melts.

Can also have ground beef mixed in if desired. Brown beef before mixing.
