VEGETABLE BAKE 
20 oz. cauliflower
10 oz. frozen broccoli
17 oz. creamed corn
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of celery soup
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms

TOPPING:

1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to directions and drain. Cut any large pieces.

Combine corn, mozzarella cheese and cream of celery soup. Fold in the cooked vegetables and add the mushrooms (drained). Turn into 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish.

Mix topping ingredients and spread on top of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
