SHRIMP QUICHE 
2 c. Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. half and half
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. chopped shrimp
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Toss cheese with flour. Add cream, eggs, shrimp and seasonings. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
