CREAM PUFFS 
SHELLS:

1 c. water
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/8 tsp. salt
4 eggs

Bring water and butter to boiling point. Mix vigorously with fork flour and salt on low heat for about 1 minute or until forms a ball.

Put mixture into bowl and beat with electric mixer, add vanilla then add the eggs one at a time until smooth.

Put on ungreased cookie sheet (drop by rounded tablespoonful). Can also be made smaller. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool on rack then fill.

FILLING:

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. milk
