FREEZER FRENCH TOAST 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
8 thick slices French bread

Slice bread thick. Lay out on cookie sheet. Beat all ingredients together and pour over bread. Let sit 1 minute and turn over until all liquid is absorbed. Freeze on sheets. After bread is frozen, it can be placed in plastic bags. To bake, heat oven to 500 degrees. Grease cookie sheet; brush bread with melted butter and bake 5 minutes. Turn over; brush with butter and bake another 5 minutes.
