EASY QUICHE 
2 frozen deep dish pie shells
1 doz. eggs
1 pt. 1/2 & 1/2 cream
1 (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. butter
Pinch nutmeg
Ham/onion/veggies optional

In blender; eggs, cream, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

In pie shells; 3 ounce Swiss and 3 ounce Cheddar cheese in each shell. Then add extras: ex: onion, ham, broccoli, mushrooms.

Pour egg mixture in last. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
