HOT BEEF SANDWICHES 
7 lb. lean chuck roast (with bones)
1 pkg. dry onion soup
5 bouillon cubes
1 c. water

Brown meat in heavy skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 5 to 7 hours. Remove meat from pan and slice very thin. Return to pan and au jus.
