CHICKEN WITH SPINACH PASTA 
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 boned chicken breasts
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
2 med. tomatoes, chunked
8 oz. cook spinach noodles

Saute mushrooms and onions, garlic in 2 tablespoons of butter. Add sliced chicken breast and spices. Cook until chicken almost cooked. Add tomatoes and cook until they soften and juice. Serve over spinach, pasta and sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
