PINEAPPLE NUT COOKIES 
1/2 c. Parkay butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2/3 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar and egg. Add dry ingredients, pineapple (well drained), nuts and lemon juice. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 48 cookies.
