GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix above and add to 6 beaten egg yolks.

1 tsp. almond flavoring
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Beat 6 egg whites stiff. Fold egg yolk mixture into whites. Fold in 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1 cup chopped nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. When cool, spread with 1/2 pint whipped cream whipped and top with the following:

BROWN SUGAR TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. flour
1/4 c. orange juice
1 beaten egg

Cool until thick and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool and pour over cake. Cake will keep several days in refrigerator.
