PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
2 lbs. peanut butter (chunky or smooth) 3 lbs. confectioners' sugar 1 lb. butter butter, room temp. 3 (12 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips 3/4 of a bar of paraffin wax Wax paper to set the balls on after dipping 1. Melt your wax and both bags of chocolate chips in a double boiler. While this is melting begin with the following. 2. Mix the first 3 ingredients above making sure your butter is at room temperature. The mixture mixes better if you use your hands. Blending thoroughly until smooth, start forming reasonable size balls. Once you have made up a good size plate full you can begin dipping them in your melted chocolate. |
