QUICK STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 c. frozen peas (optional)
1 sm. can mushrooms (2 oz.)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 can cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Brown meat, onion and celery. Add garlic salt, pepper, celery soup, mushrooms and peas. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add sour cream during last 5 minutes, keep uncovered. Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
