SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach (cleaned and torn)
1 avocado, sliced (optional)
1 sm. red onion, sliced
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:

1/4 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2/3 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over salad just before serving. Toss and serve.
