SWEET AND SOUR BALLS 
sausage
4 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
4 beaten eggs
sweet and sour sauce
3 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce

Mix sausage, bread crumbs and eggs. Form into walnut size balls. Sauté in frying pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage balls. Put in chafing dish to reheat for 20 minutes in 350°F oven. Can be frozen.
