RYAN'S RIBS 
5 lbs. (2 racks) spareribs
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 cloves garlic, minced

Mix honey, water, soy sauce, ketchup and garlic together. Separate ribs and marinate in large roasting pan for as long as possible, preferably overnight. Turn and baste occasionally. Bake in a 325 degree oven, uncovered for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
