GINGERED CHICKEN THIGHS 
6 thighs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger (not powder)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic, pressed

Combine all for 1/2 hour before cooking. Broil or brown lightly, add marinade and braise covered. Serves 6.

HINT: Peel leftover ginger and put in small jar of white wine in refrigerator.
