LEMON POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 extra lg. eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 c. cake flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. lemon flavor

Cream well the butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Add sour cream. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add 1/2 of dry ingredients to mixture. Add lemon flavor. Add other 1/2 of dry ingredients to mixture. Pour in prepared tube cake pan. Bake at 300 degrees until done.
