LITE LEMON BOX POUND CAKE 
1 box lemon Duncan Hines cake mix
4 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick real butter
2 tsp. lemon flavor
1 tsp. vanilla flavor

Place sugar and butter in large mixing bowl. Let butter soften. Beat with electric mixer 2-3 minutes until creamy. Add flavors. Continue to beat another minute. Separate egg yolks from whites. Place all whites in small mixing bowl; set aside.

Add one egg yolk at a time to large bowl. Beat each yolk into mixture at least one minute. Then add cake mix. Continue to beat until dough is moistened. Slowly add milk, beat evenly until peaks form.

Now whip egg whites in separate bowl until stiff. Fold into cake mixture until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased, floured tube pan. Bake in preheated oven 325 degrees 1 hour 15 minutes. Serve with lemon sauce.
