CARAMEL-NUT BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
14 oz. or 50 caramels
2/3 c. evaporated milk

Mix together 1/3 cup evaporated milk and caramels in saucepan over low heat until melted together.

Mix together cake mix, nuts, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Press half of mixture into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes.

Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Pour caramel mixture over top. Spoon rest of cake mix batter on top (drop by spoonfuls). Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
