CHERRY YUM-YUM 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkgs. Cool Whip
2 cans cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs and butter - line a 9 x 15 inch dish with half the mixture. Blend cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add Cool Whip. Spread half of cream mixture over crumb crust - top with cherries - cover with remaining cream mixture and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Chill overnight.
