HONEY PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. honey
1/4 c. water

Boil until spins a thread or to hard crack stage when put in water (300°F to 310°F on candy thermometer).

1 1/2 c. roasted peanuts
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Pour into greased cookie sheet. Spread very thin, let harden.

Then break into pieces.
