HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. sugar
1 can canned milk
2 1/2 qts. milk

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 1 gallon ice cream container. Should be 2/3 full. Place in freezer bucket and put ice and salt to top. Electric freezers take about 25 minutes, hand crank will vary.

VARIATIONS:

STRAWBERRY: Add 1 pint strawberries to mixture.

BANANA: Use 1 small package vanilla and 1 small package banana instant pudding, and 3 medium bananas, sliced, diced or mashed.

CHOCOLATE: Use 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding plus 1/2 cup chocolate syrup.
