HONEY AND SPICE CHICKEN 
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. honey
2 to 2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer pieces
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine sauce and honey. Place chicken on grill or broiler pan; brush with melted butter, then the honey-sauce mixture. Grill or broil until chicken is tender, turning and basting with honey mixture. Makes 4-5 servings.
