1 German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
1 box cream cheese (lg.), softened
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter, softened

Mix cake according to package directions. Spread coconut then nuts on bottom of rectangular pan. Pour cake mix over coconut and nuts. Mix powdered sugar, butter and cream cheese. Drop on top (will be very thick). Bake according to cake package directions.
