EARTHQUAKE CAKE 
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut flakes
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Pam cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Pour pecans and coconut into pan and set aside. Prepare cake mix according to directions on package. Pour over pecans and coconut. In a separate bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Drop by spoonful over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Quick and easy.
