SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 c. light sour cream
1 c. light mayonnaise
3 chopped green onions
1 sm. loaf pumpernickel bread, cubed
1 round loaf Hawaiian bread, center removed & cubed

Thaw 1 package frozen chopped spinach and squeeze dry. Stir 1 package soup mix, 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise until blended. Stir in spinach and 3 chopped onions. Cover, chill 2 hours. Stir and place in Hawaiian Bread "bowl", arranging the cubes Pumpernickel and Hawaiian Bread around the "bowl".
