1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs
1 c. vanilla wafers, chopped finely
1 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. colored marshmallows

On medium heat melt chocolate bits and butter. Beat in eggs and wafers. Add sugar and marshmallows; stir until well blended. Remove from heat. Lay out 6 sheets of wax paper. Lay coconut or finely chopped nuts, if desired on wax paper. Evenly place chocolate mixture on papers. Roll paper and refrigerate. Makes 6 logs.
