CHOCOLATETOWN PIE | |
9" unbaked pastry shell 1/2 c. butter, softened 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. vanilla extract or 2 tbsp. bourbon 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips or mini chips 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Prepare pastry shell; set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small mixer bowl cream butter, add eggs and vanilla (or bourbon). Combine sugar and flour, add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool about 1 hour. Serve warm. 8 to 10 servings. |
