1 German chocolate cake mix (Pillsbury)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 jar Mrs. Richardson's butterscotch-caramel ice cream topping
Med. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Heath chocolate chips (or 4 crushed Heath bars)

Prepare cake mix as directed on package and bake in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Cook cake completely! Poke large holes in cake (entire top) with fork. Drizzle entire can of sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 jar of butterscotch caramel-topping over top of cake until it somewhat soaks in. Sprinkle entire package of Heath chips over toppings. Frost with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Yummy!
