1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
30-40 miniature Reese Cups

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars together. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well. Sift flour, soda and salt together and add to first mixture, mixing thoroughly.

Form dough into 1 inch balls and put in 1 1/2 inch muffin pans which have been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 350 degrees 8-10 minutes. While baking unwrap cups and immediately press down into center of baked cups. They freeze great!
