BIEROCKS 
1 pkg. frozen dough balls (Rhodes)
1 med. head of cabbage
1 sm. onion
2 lbs. hamburger
Salt and pepper - several shakes of each

Set out dough to thaw before preparing meat mixture. Combine and cook all together: hamburger, chopped onion and cabbage, salt and pepper. Cook until cabbage is very tender at least 45 minutes.

Roll 2 dough balls together connecting side by side. Fill with mixture; cover mixture with dough and pinch sides together. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise before cooking. Bake 30 minutes or until browned.

Excellent to freeze in baggies then pop in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
