SUE'S SWEET AND SOUR STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat cubes
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. chopped carrots
1 c. sliced onions
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. cornstarch

Brown meat in oil. Add all ingredients except cornstarch and stir. Cook in covered pot on top of stove for 2 hours. Add paste made of cornstarch and water to thicken. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Serves 6.
