SHRIMP CREOLE 
Cooked rice
2 c. cooked, peeled shrimp
2 tsp. corn oil
2 onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 tsp. flour
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 (24 oz.) can tomatoes
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

In oil, brown onions and celery. Add flour and cook 10 minutes. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, chili powder, sugar, vinegar and salt. Cook 30 minutes, add shrimp. Serve over rice. 4 servings.
