CREAMY, CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 or 5 c. potatoes cut into sm. pieces and cooked
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese; stir well. Place into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add remaining butter and more cheese over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 10-12.
