CRANBERRY SAUCE 
4 c. fresh cranberries, drained
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. blackberry brandy

Put sugar over cranberries in a bowl; mix well. Put in a 9"x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir when 1/2 hour is up. Take out of oven when 1 hour is up. Put 1/4 cup of blackberry brandy, stir and will keep up to 1 month.
