FISH AND SPINACH 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, microwave and drain dry
2 oz. Swiss or Feta cheese, grated

Pour into casserole dish. Top with 4 ounce fish fillet. Add tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
