1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. honey
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced zucchini

Mix well butter, oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Add buttermilk alternately with dry ingredients (sifted together), ending with dry ingredients. Fold in diced zucchini, it's important that zucchini be diced. Pour into 9 x 12 inch baking pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
