BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 sm. head cauliflower
3-4 stalks broccoli
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. cold water

Boil liquids together. Meanwhile clean and chop up vegetables. Add to liquids. 1/3 c. flour 1 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter, add flour - cook 1 minute. Slowly add milk as you stir continuously. Add salt and pepper.

Add small amounts of hot broth/vegetable mixture to butter/flour mixture to even out temperatures. Gradually mix both mixtures together.

Add dash of nutmeg and a large pinch of parsley. May add some grated cheese if desired. 6-8 servings.
