PEANUT BUTTER SWIRLS (Cookie) 
1/2 c. fat
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter (can make your own)
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate bar

Cream fat and sugar. Add peanut butter, egg and milk. Sift dry's and add to first mixture. Place on a floured board, roll to rectangle shape.

Melt chocolate, cool and spread on dough. Roll like jelly roll and place in wax paper. Chill. Remove and slice in 1/2 inch pieces. Place on ungreased pan and bake at 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen.
