CHESTNUT CHICKEN BAKE 
MIX:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

ADD:

1 c. onion, finely chopped
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. onion, minced
3 c. chicken or turkey, diced
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced (ADD LAST)

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cheese, grated

Mix until crumbly. Put on top of chicken in baking dish. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
