Base Mixture:

1 box cake mix, lemon
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened

Combine together all ingredients and mix well. Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Topping:

2 eggs, beaten
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. (1 box) powdered sugar

Combine together beaten eggs, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth. Spread on top of the base layer.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until light brown. Cool completely and cut into squares.
