CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 cauliflower head
6 c. water
1/2 stick butter
Flour
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 egg yolk

Boil cauliflower and beef cube in 6 cups water, about 20 to 25 minutes. Remove cauliflower and broth into a bowl. Melt butter in pot and add enough flour to dry up butter, then add broth in a little at a time until you use up all the broth. Boil; add some salt. Cut up cauliflower and add to broth. Stir egg yolk in small bowl and a little soup to mix well. Add egg mixture to soup. (Add some milk and paprika.)

Can use 1 cup cottage cheese; run through blender instead of milk. Serve with cheese croutons.
