PIZZA BURGER 
1/4 garlic clove, chopped
2 lbs. hamburger
1 can beer
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown and remove grease. At low heat add Parmesan cheese. Cook slowly for 10 minutes. Add 1 can beer. Stir in and simmer 10 minutes.

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil

Add and simmer 10 more minutes.

1 lb. 4 oz. can tomato puree

Place on bun with Mozzarella cheese. Wrap in foil and heat for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

For spaghetti sauce, add 1 quart stewed tomatoes and simmer.
