CHICKEN CASSEROLE WITH CORNBREAD
CRUST
 
2 c. crumbled cornbread
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 cooked and boned chicken
Garlic salt
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. noodles, cooked in chicken broth
1 can mushroom soup
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Line baking dish with cornbread. Combine eggs and milk, beat and pour over cornbread. Layer diced chicken. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Top with blended soup, celery, chicken broth and noodles. Sprinkle with cheese and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
